We understand that each property and client is unique, which is why we offer personalized service to meet your specific needs. We take the time to listen to our clients and provide them with the information they need to make informed decisions. We only book one inspection a day, giving you the opportunity to sit, review the report on site, ask questions, walk the property, and discuss any concerns you may have.
Our electronic reports with digital photographs are available and sent via email, typically that evening. Mold testing and thermal imaging services are also available.
We are available to talk with you after you have read the report to answer any questions you may have, just give a call.
Do I need to be at my home inspection?
It's not necessary. Your real estate agent can give us access to the property. We frequently work with out of state buyers.
What is included in my inspection?
We assess your property from top to bottom. Roof to crawl space/basement, HVAC systems, flooring, walls, ceilings, attics, electrical panel, plumbing, decking, windows, doors and much more. Give us a call, we are more than happy to speak to you.
What's a mold inspection?
We provide a visual inspection for molds. In areas of suspicion, we can take thermal images, humidity readings, air samples and surface samples. An independent laboratory provides a separate report which will identify presences and type of molds and allergens found.
Do I need to sign any papers before the inspection?
Yes. We use an electronic agreement system with electronic signature. A phone, tablet or computer is all you need. We also can provide a paper agreement.
How do I pay If I'm not at the inspection?
No worries, we can take payments on site or later. Cash, check, debit and credit cards are all accepted. You also have the option to be invoiced via email when the inspection is completed.
What if you find something wrong with the house?
We call you to review our findings before we leave the property.
When will I get my report?
Usually that evening or the next day, unless you have multiple structures on the property. Mold reports can take up to three days, specimens have to be shipped. Once the samples are received by the lab, the report is sent in 24 hours (holidays and weekends will take longer)
How much does an Inspection cost?
Your cost is based on square footage, and buildings, we can give you an estimate at any time call or email us.

How many home inspections do you book?
We book only one inspection a day, we believe in taking our time and dedicating the entire day to your property and the report.
Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 8pm
Saturday - 7:30am - 8pm
Sunday - Closed
