Do I need to be at my home inspection?
No. Your real estate agent can give us access to the property. We frequently work with out of state buyers.
Do I need to sign any papers before the inspection?
Yes. We use an electronic agreement system with electronic signature. A phone, tablet or computer is all you need. We also can provide a paper agreement.
How do I pay If I'm not at the inspection?
No worries, we can send you a bill, we accept credit cards.
What if you find something wrong with the house?
We call you to review our findings before we leave the property.
When will I get my report?
Usually that evening or the next day, unless you have multiple structures on the property.
How much does an Inspection cost?
Your cost is disclosed in the agreement Before the inspection, but we can give you an estimate at any time.
I have questions about what you found, how do I contact you?
We are available by phone, text or email during business hours.
How many home inspections do you book?
We book only one inspection a day, we believe in taking our time and dedicating the entire day to your property and the report.
